MODLIN SALES GRADE

Terms of service

Last updated September 19, 2026

These terms govern your use of Modlin Sales Grade at clover.modlin.ai. By connecting a Clover account and using the report, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not connect an account or use the service. Questions can be sent to yusuf@servc.io.

What the service provides

Modlin Sales Grade reads authorized Clover data and presents net sales for today and the preceding three UTC calendar days, together with their mean, population standard deviation, and a comparison grade. It is an independent reporting tool. Clover and Fiserv do not operate this website or provide support for this app.

The app does not collect customer payments, issue refunds, or change merchant sales records. Its grade describes a mathematical relationship between the mean and standard deviation; it is not a credit score, a measure of profitability, or a recommendation about your business.

Authorized use

Use the service only for a merchant account you own or are authorized to access, and only for lawful business purposes. You may use the dashboard for your internal reporting. Do not bypass access controls, attempt to access another merchant's data, misuse credentials, or disrupt the service.

You are responsible for protecting your Clover account and devices, reviewing the permissions you authorize, and logging out on shared devices. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Understanding the results

Reports depend on the records and availability of Clover's APIs. Today is a partial day. Refunds reduce the original payment day's sales, and payments outside the reporting window are excluded. UTC dates, pending payments, currency handling, and refund timing may make these figures differ from other reports.

Confirm important figures against your Clover records before relying on them for bookkeeping, tax filings, or other business decisions. The dashboard is provided for information and does not replace your accounting records or professional advice. See the FAQ for calculation details.

Data and privacy

Connecting an account authorizes the service to read the Clover data needed for its reporting functions. You retain your rights in your merchant data. We handle that data as described in the privacy policy and use it to provide the service and associated support.

Availability and charges

Service may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity issues, or Clover API changes. Signing in again may be necessary after a session expires or the app restarts. This website does not collect billing details or charge for customer transactions. Any app subscription price must be disclosed separately before you agree to it.

Ending access

You can stop using the service at any time. Log out to delete your current session, and remove the app from Clover to withdraw its authorization. Contact support for help with any information held outside the current session. We may restrict access to address misuse, security concerns, or legal requirements.

Service limitations

We aim to provide useful, accurate reports, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that upstream records are complete. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will meet every business need. Nothing in these terms removes rights or excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and its date will be available here, with notice of material changes through the website where required. If you disagree with updated terms, stop using the service.
